Although it has a very important place in aesthetic dentistry, this is a procedure where physician and patient communication should be improved at a more professional level. It is the process of designing the ideal smile in a digital environment and showing it on the screen. The design of the smile determined for the design candidate is completed in two sessions. The second session can be repeated if it is necessary to make changes to the design. If the final design is approved by the patient, the procedure moves forward.

In the first session of digital smile design photos and videos are taken. No action is taken in the first session where measurements are taken from your lower and upper jaws in order to start the design. The preparation of the design is completed in approximately 5 days. In the first session, the data obtained from the person have evaluated in digital environments and the smile that the dentist predicts for the person is designed. Factors such as facial temperament, eye, ear, nose structures and chin tip of the person are taken into consideration. The measurements taken from the person are transformed into a model and the second session is arranged.

The silicone mold, which is prepared on the model according to your jaw size, is placed on your teeth without any action and photographs are taken again. The ideal design determined for you is shown to you in the photos. Your dentist will explain in detail what kind of procedures to perform on your existing teeth with alternatives to create the most suitable one for you. The most ideal design is created with the applications of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Restorative Dentistry (implants, teeth whitening etc.)
