    Sarah is a trauma-based mental health therapist and certified personal trainer. After years of her own significant mental health experiences, Sarah decided to obtain her Master of Social Work to help others overcome their own mental illness. She likes to say she has extensive experience on "both sides of the couch." Sarah specializes in depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. She has worked with all ages, but mainly teens and young adults through private practice. Sarah's main goal is to bring light to the stigma of mental illness and talk about it in a way that is comfortable and easy to understand.
